Bride to walk down grocery aisle

People doing their weekly shop in Dundee Sainsbury's tomorrow may have to watch out for a bride making her way down the aisle, it has been reported.

Kenny Sutherland and Jane Clark both work in the supermarket on Baldovie Road and have planned their ideal wedding - in the store itself while shoppers pick up their groceries.

Jane, 42, plans to walk down the seasonal goods aisle to the flower stand with Mika's Big Girl (You are Beautiful) playing in the background, stated Dundee newspaper the Evening Telegraph.

She revealed that when she saw Kenny replenishing the shelves three years ago it was love at first sight.

"There will be a lot of customers there," she said. "A lot of those customers have become friends. I even got a bottle of Moet & Chandon champagne handed in from one customer while on the checkout."

A Sainsbury's spokesperson said the company supported the happy couple and wished them all the best.

In an Alliance & Leicester poll, 70 per cent of respondents said that a picturesque venue is a vital feature for their dream wedding.ADNFCR-1185-ID-18670634-ADNFCR
