Johansson gets hitched in weekend wedding

Award-winning actress Scarlett Johansson has tied the knot with actor boyfriend Ryan Reynolds, according to the latest celebrity reports.

Scarlett, 23, and Ryan, 31, exchanged wedding vows in a private wedding ceremony in Canada, surrounded by family and friends on Saturday.

Since the announcement of their engagement in May, the young Hollywood couple have endeavoured to keep their wedding plans "as private as possible", refusing to sell their wedding photos to the media.

Reports suggest that the Lost in Translation star wore a Stella McCartney wedding dress on the big day, however, details of the wedding have yet to be confirmed.

Talking about her relationship with Ryan in a recent interview, Scarlett told Cosmopolitan magazine: "You don't always meet the right person at the right time. I believe in finding a soul mate."

Ryan previously dated Canadian singer Alanis Morissette, while his new bride has been linked to actor Josh Hartnett.
