These Terms & Conditions apply to all competitions run by The National Wedding Show ("the Promoter"). By entering any competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions together with any competition-specific details published alongside the promotion.
1. Eligibility
Competitions are open to UK residents aged 18 years or over, unless otherwise stated.
Employees of Otis Media Ltd, The National Wedding Show, competition partners, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter unless expressly stated.
Only one entry per person will be accepted unless otherwise specified.
2. Entry
Entries must be submitted using the method outlined within the competition details.
Entries received after the stated closing date and time will not be be accepted.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete or corrupted due to technical or other reasons beyond the Promoter's reasonable control.
3. Winner Selection
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries, unless otherwise stated.
Winners will be contacted using the contact details provided at the time of entry.
If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within seven (7) days, or is unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
4. Prizes
Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered unless otherwise stated.
Prizes are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant prize provider where applicable.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value should circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.
Any additional costs associated with claiming or using the prize, including (but not limited to) travel, accommodation, insurance or personal expenses, unless expressly included within the prize, are the responsibility of the winner.
5. Third-Party Prizes
Where a prize is supplied by a third-party brand, sponsor or partner, responsibility for the fulfilment and delivery of that prize rests solely with the prize provider.
Otis Media Ltd and The National Wedding Show accept no liability for the provision, quality, availability, fulfilment, or enjoyment of any prize supplied by a third party.
Any queries, complaints or issues relating to a third-party prize should be directed to the relevant prize provider.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a third-party prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable.
6. Use of Personal Data
Personal information provided as part of a competition will be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation and the Promoter's Privacy Policy.
Personal data will only be used for the administration of the competition unless entrants have separately opted in to receive marketing communications.
Where entrants have provided consent, their details may also be shared with the relevant competition partner for the purposes outlined within the competition entry form.
7. Publicity
By accepting a prize, winners may be required to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the competition, including the use of their name, image and/or social media content, without additional compensation.
8. General
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel any competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who is found to be acting fraudulently, tampering with the entry process or otherwise breaching these Terms & Conditions.
The Promoter's decision in relation to all aspects of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
